The Truth
Today, we shall start a series exploring who a disciple is, the life, the purpose, the nature and identity and acts of the disciples of Christ.
Disciples are refined vessels of honour, the conduit through which God transmits and reaches the world with his word, love and power/glory.
The office of a disciple is higher than that of a president or the richest person on earth, because they serve and represents the most high God (the king of kings and distributes the only product/service that has eternal life and value - Luke 5:10 - 11, Eph.1.17 -19
Eph.1.17 - That the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give unto you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of him:
Eph.1.18 - The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,
1Pet.1.7 - That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
God the father sent the son (His Word) and His son sent us and backs us with His Spirit.
The things which you have heard from me among many witnesses, commit the same things to faithful men who will be able to teach others also 2 Tim 2:2
A disciple is someone who follows the same discipline our Lord Jesus walked while on earth and manifest the same love, power, peace, glory and righteousness
Jesus Christ arises very eary every morning to pray, he fast often, teaches, he went about preaching and serving; doing good (ministering) - Acts.1.8
If you re not discipled you might fall as you sre still a baby Gal 41, 19, 1 pet 2:2,; Eph.4.13-16
